✅ Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in Collections or Recovery with proven leadership skills
- Strong understanding of retail loan products
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language (Malayalam / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
