Description: We are hiring an experienced Infrastructure IT Analyst to join our IT operations team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Windows Server administration, virtualization, and information security management. This role requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

🧠 Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Administer Windows Server operating systems — strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
  • Proficiency in virtualization technologies like Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Good understanding of server hardware and storage technologies.
  • Sound knowledge of information security management tools, practices, and concepts.
  • Develop and deliver cyber awareness training; prepare information security reports.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Monitor and respond to security-related incidents promptly.
  • Implement server security best practices, patch management, and antivirus administration.
  • Experience with backup and replication tools like Veeam and Symantec.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve server-related issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, VCP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Cisco certifications are preferred.

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows Server administration and information security.
