We are seeking experienced, forward-thinking Advisors to support startups and scale-ups across diverse sectors. This is a flexible, impact-driven opportunity for professionals who want to work closely with founders, contribute strategic insight, and help shape high-growth businesses.
Advisors may support companies across functions such as strategy, finance, operations, technology, governance, growth, partnerships, fundraising, product, market expansion, and organizational scaling.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance to founders and leadership teams.
- Support business model validation and long-term growth strategy.
- Advise on fundraising strategy and investor readiness (where applicable).
- Assist with go-to-market and expansion planning.
- Offer operational, structural, and governance insights.
- Facilitate introductions within your professional network when relevant.
- Participate in periodic advisory calls or structured engagements.
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of professional experience in senior leadership, entrepreneurship, consulting, or investment.
- Experience working with startups or high-growth companies.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability.
- Established professional network.
- Ability to provide practical, actionable advice.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
⭐ Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Board or advisory board experience.
- Prior founder or C-suite experience.
- Experience across international markets.
- Background in VC, PE, consulting, or corporate leadership.
